Two days, with a prototype
On day one we build a prototype together on your anonymised data. In between we analyse it. On day two your people test it against real cases — and you decide on solid ground.

Who should be there
Five to eight people is ideal. The mix matters: someone from management who is allowed to decide, people from the business who know the daily reality, and someone from IT who can say what is feasible. Where sensitive data is involved, bring data protection along — better on day one than opposed to it in month three.
