An engineer with a doctorate focused on artificial intelligence for embedded systems — models that do not run in a data centre but on the hardware in front of you. That turns out to be a good starting point for everything that has to stay in house.
Coming from research, working in delivery for several years now: agent systems for sales and service, knowledge systems built on document landscapes that grew over decades, local AI infrastructure on customer hardware.
Along with a quality that has become rare in this field: a willingness to say when something does not work. Most AI projects fail not from too little technology but from too large a promise.

Four principles
Value before technology
What saves you time day to day matters more than what is technically impressive. Most genuinely useful agents are unspectacular.
Controlled automation
We never promise "fully autonomous". An agent prepares, suggests, drafts — a person decides. Where that line sits is your call.
Start small, become visible
An agent that ten people use every day is worth more than a platform that will be ready in eighteen months.
Honest about limits
Some use cases are not worth it. Some data is not good enough for AI. We tell you that before you pay for it.
