This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the site, information your browser transmits is automatically logged: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

If you write to us by email, we process your information solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We process the data you enter there — name, email address and any message — in order to prepare and hold the appointment, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf; the Microsoft privacy statement applies in addition.

You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
